What Is the Glow Stack?

The "Glow Stack" is a colloquial term used in peptide research and longevity clinic communities to describe the co-administration of three distinct compounds: BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157), TB-500 (a Thymosin Beta-4 fragment), and GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1). Each compound has its own distinct mechanism and evidence base. See the individual profiles below for full detail.

The rationale behind combining these three is that their proposed mechanisms (gut/tissue cytoprotection via BPC-157, actin-driven tissue remodeling via TB-500, and copper-mediated ECM remodeling and skin repair via GHK-Cu) are complementary rather than redundant. No controlled human clinical trials have evaluated the Glow Stack as a combination. The combination is used in some longevity and aesthetics clinics as a protocol, but the evidence base remains at the preclinical and individual-compound level.

The Three Compounds

Important Safety & Regulatory Information

  • No Combination Trials. No controlled human clinical trials have evaluated the BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu combination as a stack. Any claims about synergistic effects are speculative and not established by human evidence.
  • Two Components Are WADA-Prohibited. BPC-157 (S0 Non-approved substances) and TB-500 (S2 Peptide hormones/growth factors) are both prohibited by WADA. Athletes subject to anti-doping rules should not use either compound.
  • All Three Are Not FDA-Approved. None of the three compounds hold FDA approval for any therapeutic indication in humans. They are sold strictly as research chemicals.
  • Individual Profiles Apply. Safety considerations, dosing uncertainties, and evidence limitations for each individual compound apply fully within the stack context. See individual profiles for details.
